It was 2:30 in the morning in Nha Trang. While the city was still asleep, the streets around the starting line of the VnExpress Marathon Libera Nha Trang 2025 were alive with energy. Among thousands of runners, the Infodation Run Club stood together in our brand new team shirts — a little nervous, a lot excited, and ready to conquer the unknown. The sound of the starting signal wasn’t just the beginning of a race; it marked the start of a new chapter for us as a team.
“At Infodation, we believe that building sustainable teams means building healthy, resilient people.”

More than just running

From the 5KM fun run to the ultimate test of endurance, the 42KM full marathon, Infodation colleagues showed up with passion, discipline, and courage. Some had been training for months, waking up early or running late into the evening to prepare. Others joined simply to experience the joy of being part of something bigger — to feel the team spirit, the excitement of the crowd, and the fulfillment of crossing the finish line.

But what stood out most wasn’t the distances we covered. It was how running together reshaped the way we see ourselves, our work, and each other.

  • Leadership in every step: A marathon doesn’t just test muscles — it tests mindset. On the course, we saw colleagues lead by example, encourage each other through fatigue, and celebrate every milestone together. These are the same qualities that define leadership at work: resilience, accountability, and the ability to inspire.
  • Discipline drives growth: Training for a race means committing to a plan, even when it’s hard. That discipline translates directly into our projects, helping us stay focused and determined no matter the challenges.
  • Stronger bonds, stronger teams: Running side by side created connections that the office alone could never build. Sharing struggles and triumphs on the racecourse gave us new respect for one another — not just as colleagues, but as teammates.
  • A new perspective on life: Crossing the finish line — whether 5KM or 42KM — sparks something powerful. It reminds us that limits often exist only in our minds. That shift from “I can’t” to “I did” fuels positivity and possibility in both work and life.

Building a healthier, stronger Infodation

At Infodation, we believe that building sustainable teams means building healthy, resilient people. The marathon showed us that the values we practice on the road — perseverance, teamwork, leadership, and optimism — are the very values that shape how we work together every day.

The Infodation Run Club is more than just a running group — it’s a mindset. A mindset of resilience, discipline, and growth. And this is only the beginning. With every race we join, we’re not only growing stronger as individuals but also as one Infodation family.

Infodation Marathon Team Finish

We look forward to welcoming more Infodationers to lace up, step out, and discover how running can transform not only your health but also your perspective on teamwork and life. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about the finish line — it’s about everything we gain beyond it.
